Common questions
The mic isn't picking up my voice.
Make sure microphone access is granted in iOS Settings → Nibli → Microphone and Speech Recognition. If both are on and it still isn't working, force-quit the app and reopen it.
My calorie estimates seem off.
Nibli's estimates come from an AI model and depend on how specifically you describe what you ate ("a small bowl of brown rice" is more accurate than "rice"). You can edit any item's quantity by tapping on it before adding the meal to your log.
I subscribed but my balance didn't update.
The pill at the top of the home screen refreshes a few seconds after a purchase completes. If it's still showing your old balance after a minute, pull down to refresh, or restart the app. Email us if it persists.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the paywall (tap the count next to your profile, or open Profile → Upgrade) and tap "Manage subscription" — this opens the iOS subscription settings.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at hello@nibli.app from the email associated with your account (or, if you're anonymous, attach a screenshot of your Profile screen showing your account ID). We'll delete all associated data within 7 days.
