Agreement
By installing or using Nibli, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Nibli does
Nibli helps you track meals and weight using voice input. Calorie estimates are produced by an AI model and are approximate — they should not be treated as medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account, including any scan-credit purchases. If you create an email-based account, keep your password safe.
Subscriptions and purchases
Nibli offers a monthly subscription ("Nibli Pro") and consumable scan packs through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the price disclosed in-app until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Scan packs are consumable and are credited to your account immediately after purchase. Refund requests are handled through Apple under Apple's standard refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or interfere with the service. Don't submit content that is unlawful, threatening, or harassing.
Disclaimer
Nibli is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of calorie estimates or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
